I feel that I’m an incredibly fortunate individual who is into both personal and planetary transformation. I’m going Dec. 6, 2004 to experience living in an intentional community in Germany near the border of Holland called Vlierhof (vlierhof.org). My love is waiting for me there and if all goes well I may make it my home. But who knows what might happen.

I was a hippy in the sixties, had the first “antique clothing” store as far as I know, in NorthBeach in San Francisco. I still have many of those values. I have 2 grown children. I am an artist (retired for now), painter. I love to improvise sing with others or jamming musicians and I think that improvised singing should be used in the peace movement.

I’m not afraid to skip, I love to hike, and I never get sick. . . except for Hepatitis C. I have 3rd stage liver (out of 4 possible), which is not good, but no symptoms. Now, I’ve become something of a health nut, taking a protocol of chinese, ayervedic, and western herbs, eating really healthfully, etc. I’ve decided not to do Interferon, the only “cure” in Western medicine.

Recently, I took a workshop with Marshall Rosenberg about non-violent communication (cnvc.org) which I’m very enthusiastic about and recommend to everyone. I hope to become proficient at this (it takes practice). It will make my life alot easier and smoother.

I haven’t been putting much time into this website, since I got it going, I was hoping others would pitch in and carry the ball, make it have an influence on the planet. Right now, Auke Kooistra is doing just that. I don’t want to talk forever about myself, except to say, I’m one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and I believe everything should be fun or should I say joyful.
